Peel carrots, zucchinis,
fennels.
Cut in regular pieces
and reserve each
vegetable separate.
Boil water in 3 pots,
add big salt
0.5 teasp. in each pot.
Put carrots (12-15mn)
Zucchinis (6-8mn)
Fennels (15-20mn)
Exit and put in cold water
then dry on absorbing paper
Serve with fresh
and chopped parsley. |
