Zucchini Soup

1 broccoli

zucchinis
2-3
carrots
100g
rice sticks
1/2
organic vegetable broth
salt,
black pepper

Divide broccoli,
peel un cut in cubes
carrots and zucchinis.
In pot boil 1.5l of water,
add vegetable broth with
carrots, cook 10min,
add zucchinis, cook 5min,
add
broccoli, cook 8 min.
Salt, pepper.
In separate pot
boil 1l of water,
cook rice sticks 5min.
Serve with soup!
